I do not see my size available—can you special order for me?
 
We do our best to stock all sizes (small thru 3x) but sadly, our sizes go quickly sometimes! Because we buy from specialty vendors it is often not possible to get restocks on some items. If you’ve fallen in love with something and we do not show your size available we welcome you to email us at: frontporchfun@gmail.com and we will see if we can help!

We hope to enable the "restock notice" button on sold-out items so if you see that while you are browsing...sign yourself up so you are the FIRST to be notified if that item becomes available again!
 
Returns/Exchanges/Defective items
 
If you need to return something, please email us at frontporchfun@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Shipping costs are not refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
 
We offer store credit and size exchanges for purchases.

We offer refunds if the purchase falls within our guidelines set below.
--In order for a return to be accepted, the clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, no smells, with original tags still attached.
--Décor items must have original tag attached and not be altered in any way (floral stems cut, damaged etc…)
The following items DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind:
--Jewelry
--Socks
--Bath & body items
--Sale items (over 30% off NON-RETURNABLE and NO exchanges)
--Any item noted with FINAL SALE
 
Refunds:
We will allow a return on items received within 7 business days of delivery. (Not eligible on any items with a discount of 30% or more.) Refund will be delivered to the original form of payment and you will be notified via email.

The Front Porch does not reimburse for shipping costs.
We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
 
My Item came damaged. Help! 

We want you to love your items! We try to inspect every item but we are only human and sometimes miss things. If you have a damaged item please email frontporchfun@gmail.com  with a picture of the damaged item. Please include your name, order number, and 'damaged item received' in the subject line. 
 
Processing Time for Returns:
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
 
Store Credit:
Eligible on returns received between 7-14 business days from time of delivery. Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code sent via email.


Sale Items:
Please note that all sale items 30% and above are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or size exchange. Any of these items sent back will be marked return to sender.

We are happy to offer in-store pickup during our seasonal open times for our local customers!

Keep in mind our return policy when delaying your in-store pickup as it starts from the time of purchase online (when we will pull it from the floor.)

I need to cancel my order. Can I do that?

We do not cancel orders, however, in the rare event you need to cancel due to error, you must contact us by email frontporchfun@gmail.com or by phone 262-521-2100. We get charged all of the processing fees once an order is placed--as well as additional ones for processing returns--so please be very careful before you submit an order. Thanks for understanding!
